Philippe COTTIN

Philippe COTTIN joins Legiform as Associate Director, where he will participate in the development of Eval'tiers, the third-party integrity assessment solution designed in partnership with Verdun Verniole Avocats. Philippe will bring with him the experience he acquired as Deputy Director of the Legal Department at Renault SAS, where he was responsible for creating and developing the Legal Ops perimeter and digitizing the department's processes. For Legiform, he will be the point of contact for the Legal and Compliance Departments, to ensure that Eval'tiers is optimally configured to the company's needs, and to assist them in its deployment.

Franck VERDUN

Évaltiers Collecte de l'information, diagnostic et validation à Paris Franck VERDUN has been advising companies on compliance issues since 2006. He has published a number of reference works on the subject, including La gestion des risques juridiques, Éditions Eyrolles; and Le management stratégique des risques juridiques, Lexis Nexis. 2020 Awards: Trophée “ conformité ‘, ’ Le Monde du droit ‘ and ’ Pratique réputée ” en matière conformité by Décideurs, 2019. He assists companies (ETI or large corporations) in the design and deployment of their legal systems.

Sylvie VERNIOLE DAVET

Évaltiers Collecte de l'information, diagnostic et validation à Paris Sylvie VERNIOLE DAVET assists companies and training organizations in setting up digital tools. As such, she has created digital courses as part of the training required to bring companies into compliance with the SAPIN 2 law.
