centralizes all information relating to the evaluation of third parties: responses to the questionnaire and supporting documents, the results of database queries, and decisions
to validate or reject a third party. The history of the actions that led to the decision is therefore
preserved.
The compliance manager has a dashboard of all the company's current assessments.
Third-party assessment information can be exported in PDF format.
An alert is generated when the assessment has to be carried out again according to a predefined schedule, or if the status of the database information changes.
FACILITATING THIRD-PARTY RESPONSES
Information gathering, diagnosis and validation in Paris features functions to
facilitate third-party responses. Questionnaires are adapted to the legal nature of the third
party: legal entities or individuals, associations or foundations.
Questionnaires are available in French, English, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.
Links are provided to enable third parties to check the information given (e.g.: consultation of the Transparency International index), and photos of the documents requested enable third parties to check the conformity of the documents to be attached.
In order to facilitate the collection of information, the third party can address blocks of the questionnaire internally, according to their nature (legal, financial, governance).

- Chaque client dispose d’un serveur dédié (offre monolocataire) qui renforce la sécurité des données et la capacité d’adapter l’outil à ses besoins.
- Les données personnelles recueillies sont traitées en conformité avec le RGPD.
: Le fonctionnement
Le responsable de conformité, en qualité d’administrateur, autorise des évaluateurs qui sont en relation avec les tiers à procéder à une évaluation.
L’évaluateur adresse au tiers une invitation à se connecter à pour répondre à un questionnaire en ligne dans un délai déterminé.
Le tiers soumet le questionnaire renseigné. propose une cotation des réponses et, le cas échéant, des alertes.
Au regard du score obtenu, l’évaluateur peut valider ou rejeter un tiers seul ou sous contrôle du responsable de la conformité en cas de score insuffisant ou de présence d’alertes. Le recours à une investigation externe (exemple base de données) est ainsi réduit à des cas spécifiques.
