Eval’tiers Information gathering, diagnosis and validation in Paris Eval'tiers is a Saas
solution that enables you to carry out your due diligence using online questionnaires,
database screening and document management.
- Online questionnaires : we supply questionnaires that can be used in several languages, modified according to your needs, and adapted to the legal nature and risk level of the third party. The tool organizes a validation workflow between the various parties involved in the due diligence stakeholders, based on the alerts generated by the third party's responses.
- Screening : the screening module can be used to query databases via API, whether these are open or fee-based (e.g. asset freeze register). The tool can be used to put the third party under surveillance.
- By document management module : the tool enables you to request documents online from your co-contractor and validate them. The third party is automatically invited to update out-of-date documents.
The software meets three objectives :
- Gather information on the third party through secure self-assessment questionnaires and database screening,
- Facilitate and document the decision to validate or reject the third party by the parties involved in the assessment: operational staff, compliance officer, management.
- Centralize - in a single space - all the information required for third-party assessment, to facilitate auditing of the third-party assessment procedure.
